Marc&Anna

YOUTH FORUM IDENTITY

We were asked to collaborate with the National Portrait Gallery's Youth Forum to design a logo and identity.

We started by giving a series of talks on brand and identity, and then practical sessions where we developed a look and feel together. We worked closely with the Youth Forum themselves, the Young People's Programme Manager, Rachel Moss, and Marketing Officer, Jonathan Rowbotham. Lots of routes were explored, which eventually led to this organic mark combining a young person's portrait with a paint stroke.

We created two logos, one with a boy's profile, and one with a girl's.

"Over the period of nearly a year MARC&ANNA worked in a collaborative way, resulting in a fantastic pair of logos reflecting the identity of the group. They also designed the marketing for the Youth Forum's launch event, which has helped to recruit new members. MARC&ANNA were patient and responsive to new ideas throughout, a difficult task with so many different voices! I look forward to working with them again."
