FRIENDS SCHEME

The Tree Council is a small charity who facilitate the planting of trees through grants, campaigns and their Tree Wardens. Amongst its many member organisations are the National Trust, English Heritage and Woodland Trust.

They are a charity, and as such struggle for money. We were asked to create a campaign to promote their new Friends of The Tree Council scheme, set up in order to increase donations.

Strong, cheeky, copy draws attention to the importance of trees, and the ongoing difficulties of The Tree Council.

Awareness of them and what they do is low; so we focussed the copy on trees, aiming to initially attract those who were already passionate.

With a printed bark texture on the reverse to resemble a tree when rolled up, posters are secured with a tree name tag to hold them closed.
